This is freaking awesome! Love it, love it, love it. Can’t wait to try it! Quick question—what is the shelf life of this lotion? Any issues with the oils going off after a time? I’m just wondering if it’s better to make small batches and use them up quickly or if I can make a larger batch and not worry about it.
This stuff can last 8-12 months for sure and probably longer. That’s why I go to all the trouble to distill the floral water (video tutorial: http://katienormalgirl.com/2011/10/02/how-to-make-floral-water-basic/). It keeps any floral bits out of the lotion which prevents it from going rancid on you. Thanks for checking it out!!
