  1. The mint and vanilla look amazing – thanks :)

  2. I always do the same with my icecubes! Like the mint and lavender ones, just never tried the vanilla, what a great idea! Am following you now by mail, and will go now to follower your twitter haha :)

  3. These are going to be going in my freezer today for sure ^_^ still have to go to the store anyway… imma bring some herbs! Nice idea!

  4. I never thought I’d think of an ice cube as gorgeous, but that’s what these are! They look delicious, too. What a great idea!

  5. Loving the honey and vanilla cubes – what a great idea!

  6. They look so good I wouldn’t want to see them melt. Will have to try making those Vanilla and Almond ones out one day! Sound delicious :)

  7. Ahhh. these look delightful. Thanks

  8. Really cool idea – I’ll have to make some mint cubes for iced tea. I’ve put mint in cubes before, but hadn’t thought to brew them for a bit first – the flavour is probably stronger and better.

  9. I recently went to a shindig where the hostess offered lemonade ice cubes to drop into her homemade iced tea. What’s that called? An Arnold Palmer, maybe? Looks like flavored cubes may be the next big thing! Yay for non-watered-down drinks!

    • What a smart hostess! ;)

Check back next week for flavored ice cubes, part 2! I had so much fun making these that it went on for several trays of fun and I’ve got many more to share. Including some fabulous lemonade cubes!

  10. Yum! I will definitely try the lavender cubes!

  11. Wow, THANK YOU Katie for these great recipes and what perfect timing since the temperature here has been 100º F all week. We’ve made several of these and they were all luscious!

    • Fantastic! I’m so glad you like them…I had fun making them, so there’s more to come! It was the hot (and humid…oh the humidity!) weather here that inspired them in the first place.

  12. I love that all of these flavored cubes go into tea, seeing as how I work at a tea shop. Now I can really spice up the flavors!

    • I’m so jealous that you work in a tea shop! I probably wouldn’t leave it if I worked there. :)

Check back later this week, I’ve got more flavored cubes that are great in tea because it’s all I drink, no coffee for this gal!

  13. SO creative! I do this with juice, but that’s really only to keep me from drinking too much of it! The mint ones are so pretty and the vanilla almond milk sounds YUM-MEE! Looking forward to seeing what else you came up with!

  14. These look SO good! The mint especially. I must keep this in mind for when summer arrives in Australia. They’d be so perfect on a hot day!

  15. These look great … looking forward to part 2.
